Interests
Translation studies; Anglo-Irish and French literatures
of the 19th and 20th centuries, including Proust, Beckett
and contemporary European and American fiction.

Man by Sainte-Beuve (1995), Adrienne Mesurat by
Julian Green (1991, a revision of an earlier translation),

of the Future Eden by Villiers de l'Isle-Adam (1982).
